<reviewbody>I'd say this is a little bit of an odd duck in the 8BP releases and I can't deny i really love Jonathan's music. This EP that eventually
leaded up to his similar full album "An hour brighter" is no different at that. His music has been compared numerous times with that duo from Scotland but let it be clear that his music really stands on its own. He creates warm interwoven synth melodies often coated with melacholy and with simple no nonsense drumtracks
creating melodic IDM music that wraps around like a blanket on a cold day. Perhaps this isn't an EP interesting enough to leave in your playlist at all times but it's defenitely a keeper.</reviewbody>

<reviewbody>Deep grooves underneath soft pads, clicky beats and the occasional flourish of synth or piano. The mix is warm and the songs are relaxed. This is great atmospheric music.</reviewbody>
